| Post subject: | Help With Sisters |
The problem is that I like the older sister but there is not much confidence and I think the younger sister doesnt like me, so what i need you guys to help me is that, how can i build charisma?, because i've noticed this girls like to hangout with charismatic guy, and im a little shy and reserved, what are some options to build that? |

Start talking to every girl/woman you meet everytime/everywhere you have a chance: waitress, store clerks, girl that hand out promotions in malls, on the bus/train etc. And try to joke with them but not clownish (jim carrey) type of jokes but those that put you in a good light (try David Deangelo's cocky funny). With time you'll learn how to approach anybody, you'll get over approach anxiety and also will build a cocky personality. Also for charisma try to build a good composure and body language (voice, tonality, smile, head up etc) ; you can practice that in front of a mirror. |

Just search his name and find a website that says something about doubling your somethings. lol trying not to advertise. As for getting over the approach anxiety, basically just as the last poster said. If you have to, set a goal to approach 100 women in 1 week, then go to the mall and approach every damn HB7+ you can find, and then do it again and again and again. |
