http://careers.csulb.edu/job_search/int ... ration.htm That website has a lot of great informationa and is straight to the pt. I did 7 interviews to get my engineering internship. Interviewing is a lot like approaching girls. You have to go through a lot of rejections in the beginning until you get good. Most people don't get their first pick-up, same with interviews. Most people don't get the job they first interview for. The Best way to practice is in the field. Apply strong & comfortable body language! |

You will be asked several questions to measure ability to drive improvement. As a consultant or advisor, your job is to make suggestions that drive improvements across the enterprise. Be prepared to answer these questions with examples of recommendations you've offered and the resulting improvements. Knowing the specific measurement is always best and shows that you understand call center statisticsThanks AP Refer typicalinterviewquestions. info/45-interview-questions-and-answers/ I hope this helps! |

Interviews are one thing I shine at. My main tips are: 1) Get into the zone; the person asking the question should have 100% of your focus. A HB10 could walk past outside the window and you'd have no idea. 2) You know when you are in a group and you've realised what someone's about to say AND that you've already got a witty response ready for the moment he stops talking; the sort of response that will make women swoon and men jealous of your wit? You know the sly smile that you develop at that time. You need that look as so as you begin to work out what their question is going to be before they ask it. |
