It really depends on the situation, if I need some help I'll ask for it, if I see, that someone has troubles I'll help him/her and if I have a deadline or something like that, if ask if he/she can make that for me (and in return I'll do a favour back
) altough that last one is very rare, I try to do it myself as much as possible.Anyway since I consider myself a good person, most of the time I offer help, not because I expect something back from that person, but because it makes me feel good and if I make a one persons day better I also make my day better
