arranged to go to an rsd free tour jan 13th event anyone else going ...time to get this handled hopfully take a bootcamp with them in march i meant to say i am gonna take a bootcamp opps bought a weight set today (need to get rid of them manboobs) put shit loads of eckhart tolle on my ipod cause his voice is so soothing and calms my mind ordered the big glow by Brian Piergrossi (let you know if its good or not) gonna buy a new guitar and work on some songs iv made gonna go out maximum 2 times a week its black belt year in ju jitsu gotta train hard bottom line......take action!! be who you wanna be , create , become interesting, fun and exiting , I'm know professional but I'm doing what i like and not what other people like...isnt that girls want someone who dont give a fuck , someone whos got things handled, or working towards getting them handled ..no exuses , dont make a problem out of being bad with girls , I'm bad but I'm happy I'm working towards getting it handled ..and as they say enjoy the journey , sure there will be nights when you go home depressed cause everyone one had fun and you never , iv been there and still am at the moment , you see some good stuff some bad stuff, and take the lesson out of the experience, always ask yourself what can i learn from tonight, what could i have done better , how could i have prepared better , and become the man that you want to be, not a wineing little bitch , i hope that didnt hurt , but it seems most of us have to disconnect a little while from that caring side in order to captalize on this sort of skill set and not get loved up on one chick. peace out people |

about weight set: "Manboobies"-are caused by excess fat in the chest area. The only thing you can do is either drink fat burners and/or do cardio excersises. Weight set is useful for building muscle, but to bodybuilding follows this cycle: burn fat, gain muscle, gain strength(to keep newly gained muscles for a long time), then all over again. And also contact a personal trainer so he can design a program for you. |
