Apply these game tips to your life to make you seem more attractive and then your substance will come into play naturally. Dont memorize other peoples substance... Its not like everybody is a blank canvas programmed to neg and open and C&F. They have real things too, they just need to be able to crack the code before those things can be used.

If you want more substance however, do more interesting things! And yes, cooking is always a bonus but dont be pretentious about wine

I don't beleieve he was stating to memorize his substance, he was just giving examples of substance. It was even stated in the post these are examples.

Gain some knowledge on relevant issues. Politics is good, have an opinion based on facts, (careful, you don’t want to argue about it, but just show some knowledge). Wine is another one, I’m not saying be a wine snob, but learn how to pronounce them correctly and what makes them different. (Most women love wine, and will talk about them, also a good opener,



You: “I see your drinking ___, have you tried ___?”

Her: Yes I have, did you like it?

You: yeah it was ok, and I really like ____ too. How about you?



Fitness...ok so you go to the gym, what else do you do that could include her? Hiking is good, there are good hiking trails usually close by, learn them and talk about them. Swimming is also good.



Cooking. If there is one thing that will get a woman in your house faster than saying you’ll cook her a meal, I don’t know what it is. Learn a few dishes. Throw it out there in a conversation.

Her: you cook? No way!

You: Yep and my specialty is ____, better than your mom’s!

These are just a few examples, I’m sure there are more out there. What you’re trying to accomplish is for her to see herself talking and doing things with you. Bottom line, get some substance and you’re on your way to getting more tail than a bicycle seat!...JMO

But what hes referring to is what makes up someones personality, I understand that this is an example but learning more about wine to impress girls is stupid. substance should be you, if someone isn't interested in wine or beers it makes no sense to study them and everybody has their own lives-thats where substance is taken from. For example, i am a studying artist and teach muay thai kickboxing. there are two great examples of things to talk about. And sure, there are many people that wont care about art or martial arts, but its the same with wine.

All im saying is the game we study is to get girls, you dont have to go out of your way to be a different person. Be happy with what you enjoy. If you dont have any hobbies or interests than yes, pick some up, study something! maybe my point is not clearly coming across. dont be robots
