I do this pretty frequently. throughout the conversation or when shes talking you can cut her off and say.

"You look at me like you really want to bone me"

if you deliver it right, you'll get a good laugh at out of that.
Sometimes they'll say "I have nothing to bone you with!"
I normally say "Oh right. You look at me like you want to fondle my titties" or something along that line.

I could see this be delivered as a good opener as well. Come up to a girl in a sorta gay way and saying she wants to bone you.
