Hey folks.

So I'll be getting a new job soon - working in a bar. I'm looking for some advice on how to become "The Man" at work. I should explain that I DO NOT want to enter a LTR with anyof the girls working there (although they are mostly HB 7-9s) because i've heard so many times that its just a bad idea. What I want is to be perceived as an attractive guy and an Alpha male. I want the girls to want me and the men respect me.

How can I go about this? what sort of traits shoudl i display, what sort of routines should i use?
