ok, this could be a bit of a read so here we go.

My natural game isn't all that great, and im not really into routines and canned material, it just isn't me. so i made a post about reading materials earlier which might help me, but i want to see if i can get better advice here that can relate to my problems before i get the books.

I can build good rapport when recognizing the opportunity. that's all i can really do. now here's where i have trouble.

I cant hold good conversations most of the time. im not even good at STARTING interesting ones. and i mean it, im not funny AT ALL unless i get lucky or it's something not intended to be funny.
my mind just can't come up with anything interesting and stuff.
i was hearing all this stuff about cocky and funny, and im not the best at it, because when i try to be C&F i usually get the girl mad. :(

I have MAJOR approach anxiety unless i get a random rush of confidence.

HAVEN'T even kissed a girl yet (you guys gotta help me!! :P) i always get put into the friend zone.

im working on confidence and alpha qualities, so hopefully i can get that down.

so can you guys help me naturally improve my game and make it apart of me, instead of using books, routines, and canned materials?

Theres a number of things you can do to improve your natural game. Before I mention them though I think you should have a think about why you object to canned material. Fair enough it is phoney and you might feel like a liar, but almost everyone who gets into the game learns to become a natural by first using canned material as training wheels. You start with a collection of openers, stories, escalation routeens etc. you use them and talk between them as best you can. The better you get the larger gaps you leave in which to let your imagination flow and talk freely, using material less and less until you can eventually let it go. These should be routeens you have thought of yourself, it feels more genuine and you won't have to worry about getting caught out.

Some other things you can do to learn natural game include developing a strong social circle. Befriending people is a skill everyone should be able to do before they enter into the game. So no matter how many friends you have, make more. Make an effort to go out and be introduced to friends of friends. The more you get good at talking generally the easier it will be to chat to girls.

Another very important thing you should learn to do is become less outcome dependant. This is done by entering into sets without the intention of closing, that means saying stupid shit, breaking all the rules and amusing yourself. This will help you to live inside your own reality, which is essential in becoming a natural. If you can learn not to care what people think, you will be attractive no matter what you say.

Read up on Juggler method. Essentially its about approaching the easiest, least threatening sets, being friendly and getting introduced to girls through them. Learn to have little chats with lots of people when you're in the club. Even if you're just asking them how their nights going etc. This will help you come off as a sociable guy with high value, thereby making it less likely that you will get blown out. This is because it will seem like you just want to talk to a set cos you like talking, you are living in your own reality, not trying to suck value and attention from them.

Ultimatlely do anything which will make you happier in yourself and less at the mercy of other people's opinions. Fill your life with value building activities, and avoid laziness.
