i have been doing this for a few months and i went from total AFC to what i am now, which isn't MPua or anything. i'm in highschool and in these 2 months i've laid a girl, and made out with another one while maintaing attraction from multiple ones.

nothing to brag about, but from being a little virgin who was to much a pussy to initiate a kiss to now feels great.

i don't follow any routines, what i have done recently all came naturally. i basically stopped giving a fuck, i read a lot on inner game and it turned me into what i am now. it is all natural for me, i have just let go about all the social "rules" i thought i had to follow.

naturals are nothing, but AFC's that have a lot of self cofidence and just don't give a fuck. i hate canned material, i love making shit up on the spot. shit tests? you can only fail if you think it's a real test, even if i don't pass with flying colors am i going to stop and start giving a fuck? hell no, fuck it it's always her loss. not mine.


all i'm trying to say it straight up, DON'T GIVE A FUCK about anything. Easier said then done though.

That's some drastic improvement. Yeah not giving a fuck can really make you feel more relaxed and confident, which makes one more alpha. 8)

Naturals are not AFC's. As naturals are alpha male in behavior and personality. AFC's for the most part are beta males in behavior and personality.
