Hey guys. This is more of a general thing that's been cropping up - what advice can you give for being less reactive? I hardly game and haven't been taking an angle of 'I know what's important, and this is superfluous'. I was antisocial for a while and would leave conversations to slip into outright confrontation, so I'm looking for a new and improved response for that stuff - frame tests, and being an equal to someone without being subserviant. Some advice I was given was focusing on the day to day. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks. |
