It's a great idea, as long as you can do it. Here's a few tips: Keep yourself busy. I'm not too good at NoFap lol. My record is like 13 days and I had sex twice to make it easier, but I also had girls sending nudes to try and make me fail. Then I did 12 days and it was identical; sex and nudes. Don't tell anybody that you're doing it, unless they're doing it, too. Maybe try a porn blocker on Chrome or whatever you use, but that just made me even more tempted, and its easy to stop it blocking the pages lol. Best thing is just to keep it VERY simple, think about this... keep your hands off your dick unless you're having a piss or washing it. How hard can it be, right? Download a NoFap counter on your Phone. Also download a Habit app, so you can put a green dot for every day that you don't fap. The green dot streak, combined with the NoFap count... will make you want to keep it going, you'll be more "invested" in the whole thing. You wont want some big ugly red dot. Trust me, you'll feel PATHETIC if you fail. Another huge tip: If you do fail, try no to hate yourself, and try to make it only ONCE - don't think "Meh I might aswell go again before I restart NoFap" - doing it twice will just make your efforts useless. If you really do have to fail, try to use your imagination, not porn. It all depends on your reasons for doing NoFap, but those are pretty universal tips. |

I'd definitely recommend it for those beginning out like me, as it really helped out with confidence near women and just being social. |
