im no expert by any means but i have been wanting to try out the straw man technique since i read about it i have wanted to try it but havent had the situation arise yet. hhope all works out for you

Long story short, met a chick at my Uni gym a few months back. Talk to her quite often but she mentioned/s her bf ( who she lives with) all the time so I never really thought much of it. A few weeks later, she asked for my last name then added me on FB and then use FB messenger to get my #. Anyway she invited me out for drinks one weekend saying there was gonna be a bunch of people, I went not expecting anything really, and it turned out it was just me and her. it was a good time. I tried to escalate a bit, playful touching etc.; and she was quite receptive. A few of her other friends did end up meeting us later on but not her bf. She also texts me randomly pretty often usually late at night. I don't really know how to proceed from here tho because she obv knows that I know she lives with her bf. thoughts? |

She's probably going through some hard time with her boyfriend and wants to re-bound. You can either take advantage of this (be fun, escalate, and lay her) or you can just friendzone her. You have to choose before moving on with this. I can tell that you have enough interest that you can bang her anytime during this week. I'm guessing it's either because her boyfriend is boring her out and she no longer feels the real connections (might be due to his laziness, not caring, bad sex, etc...) or she got cheated on by her boyfriend. Both ways, she's looking for someone to rock her world. If you can do that, anything can happen. So good luck |

As someone who had a girlfriend of over 4 years, who I lived with, who was trying to cheat on / did cheat on me, who I then broke up with, I would say go for it!. All these other dudes telling you BS about ruining a relationship need an ego check. If a girl is interested in you and pursuing you but has a BF, she is over her BF and wants a new guy before she can move out/on. If her relationship was on good standing then she wouldnt be interested in you in the first place. If you were the one making it a point to persist and really pursue her then ya you are actively trying to break up a relationship, but in your case its over and she is trying to find another guy, in this case its you. |

I have come up against the issue at times as well, and would like some additional pointers. What has worked for me in the past is playing the part of the pleasure obsessed playa. Usually these type of girls are getting bored, and are tired of being the person in charge of relationship. Be the guy with uncontrollable masculine presence that all you want to do is dick her down. Make many sexual advances, and do not apologize for any of them, even if she gives light resistance. There is a reason she keeps coming back isn't there? Assuming you want something more than a girl you simply bang time to time, I would use a different approach. |

You definitely have a good chance of laying her. The only question is should you? I guess it depends on the girl's personality. If she seems like she would cheat on her boyfriend anyways, why not let it be you?;) but if she's a cool girl that's tempted by only you, then maybe you might wanna consider leaving it alone. |
