i finished a 30 day challenge at in december ended up a wreck after going out clubbing and drinking till 3am and getting up for work at 7.30...my game took a slight dip but i know im making progress....how do other people manage going out and working . |

I cant go out every night, so it´s only the weekends for me...mostly saturdays... |

well im manger at this cool place, i work by my self der and i go out once in while but i do my game at work i have chill room in the back so i see which girl is in too have fun and which one i should keep to business only. i gamed about 6 girls. i also game them at school and bring them back to my store cuz i spend alot of time at work. |

It's not really healthy to be going out drinking heavy and only getting 4 hours sleep for prolonged periods of time. Even at uni I would personally only be able to hack a week or two of it (if I was drinking quite heavily on each) before I was shattered, my skin was a mess, and my immune system was shot. I think the trick to maximising how often you go out is to change up the sorts of nights. If you're going out 7 days a week - maybe only go to a bar on "school nights" where you can finish at like 12/1 and get 6 or 7 hours of sleep and then go heavier at the weekend. The alternative is to live a student lifestyle, where you can sleep in until lunch time and then it doesn't really matter! I would also say that limiting alcohol is a good idea. Again, based on going out 7 days a week, maybe have 1 or 2 completely sober days, 1 or 2 where you just have a few, and then you can go heavier on the other days if you so wish. Something like that. |

yeah i allow myself only 3 pints a night during the week....only going out 4 nights a week this month....as im taking a bit of a break and concentrating on more self development stuff...also trying o figure out a way to make money and have more freedom as to when i have to get up. |

I go out most Saturdays. There are times where I have Friday's off, so I will go out Friday and Saturday nights, but it's not as often. On many days off, it's about the same. |

I have meetings a couple times a week, but apart from that, I'm usually out Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes it's clubbing; sometimes it's chilling out at the beach. The trick is to ease into going out (if you're not used to it). The problem with those challenges is that once they are over, people tend to go back to where they were, due to the shock of it. |

I do both Night and Day game. Both are very different animals and yield different results. I work a 40hr desk job and opportunities to game can be hard after being exhausted for working 8 hours straight and the sun is going down. But whenever I get a chance, I will take public transportation to go to a mall or to a coffee/book shop after work. The gym is another option but haven't had much luck there. This serves several purposes. the public transportation, the mall, and the bookstores all give me Opps to strike conversations with women. Tho the time to close the deal will take longer, it is the best way to meet a potential gf or long-term relationship IMO. Bars are better for hookups or ONS. I will do this once or twice a week after work. Lucky for you if you still go to college and have all day to hang around the library or cafeteria or class. For night game, I usually only go out on weekends (Fri/Sat). Occasionally I will go to1 or 2 happy hours on weekdays after work as the drinks are cheap and some of the hotter bars will have more people to meet. I'm in the same boat tho about going out every night. Its not healthy and personally, I get sick more often, and I look like sh*t. The healthier you look, the more open a woman will be to your advances imo. I used to get sh*t-faced drunk before going out in college but now I'm trying to not exceed 3 drinks per night. It takes a toll on your looks and your ability to focus on your game |
