Post subject:  New to Natural Game, where do I start?

I tried to browse this forum for about 10 minutes and I could not find a start point for natural game. I guess there should not be one since it is "natural" game. But if I wanted to develop and possibly master my natural game, how would I do that?

Working on what PUA's call, "Inner Game" is the way. There's a great book by Richard La Ruina "The Natural" it takes you step by step on how to becoming an attractive male, an Alpha Male.

Check out James Marshall or sasha daygame. These guys are "naturals". Inner game too is an important part of this because it adopts a different set of beliefs.

Natural Game, in essence......is all about being authentic in your interactions with women. Not hiding your desire, being ok with who you are as a person, knowing what you want and going for it without being attached to the outcome. The best way to start, is to cut out all the bullshit and start approaching women authentically. It's something you have to grow into in order to really internalize, it doesn't happen over night. Natural game is completely different than most of the standard old school PUA styles, lots of completely different mindsets involved.

Start with inner game for sure. My two highest recommendations are "Code of the natural" rob brinden (you can look it up) and "Limitless Alpha" adam james (in my sig)

AS far as this website goes check out the "Social Shyness and Anxiety" and "Beliefs and Confidence Building, Self-Esteem, and General Inner Game" sections under the "Inner Game" near the bottom of the main page.

As someone who can say he successfully learned "natural game" I disagree with most of the ideas here. I actually found that I "learned" natural game quickly and effectively indirectly, through outer game and tangible self improvement. None of this look in the mirror and tell myself I'm the shit. None of this "be outcome independent", have an "abundance mentality". None of that. I went out there and made tangible changes in my life, like going to the gym, and most importantly, approached women, tried techniques, worked on my body language, worked on my eye contact, etc. and through the successes I got I naturally became more confident and more instinctual in my behavior. That is how I believe you become a natural. The inner game approach is actually very unnatural as it is hard to quantify improvement and measure results, which the brain simply needs to learn (our brain is wired to learn by repetition with small changes and then evaluating the results and rinse/repeat).

That's good but there are programs out there that combine both. It's good to be outcome independent and have abundance mentality and all that, but it aint shit if you sit around just reading about it. Going out and approaching women and going to the gym and working on your posture etc. is exponentially more important than sitting around hypnotizing yourself and whatnot, but combining infield action taking with the mindset stuff takes your confidence and inner game to unprecedented levels.

Just checked out Sasha and Marshall videos of their infield attempts. Very good natural PUAs and it really opened my eyes to how smooth it can be after practice. I'm excited now that I actually saw the video. Again, I appreciate the guidance guys.

Post subject:  Re: New to Natural Game, where do I start?

Hi there.
I've been doing game for about 9 months now. I've started doing some nightgame while out with my friends, then started doing daygame and been doing it regularly for about 5 months now. I also started doing nightgame without drinking and with the purpose of having fun and approaching women (not just going out with regular friends).
I've started doing meditation (every day 20 min, for 3.5 months now) and I'm doing excercises, dancing salsa, doing improv theater and so on. So these are my passions. I guess Natural game has a lot to do with finding your own passions, do what you love to do and then go and pursue it. Love what you're doing!
Along the way I've got to know many different PUA styles and literature. What helped me the most was:

- Daygame.com (Blueprint, maybe Girlfriend sequence (haven't seen it but it's supposed to be amazing))

- RSD (Real Social Dynamics): Tyler Durden (go on youtube and search for him. Also try to get the blueprint)

- Mark Manson (his book: Models. How to attract women through honesty..... An awesome approach to being honest and vulnerable, being real and being able to express your emotions and feelings (this is not creepy, done the right way it's the most effective way of interacting with women!) Also check out his homepage markmanson.net)

- Willpower (a book by Roy f. Baumeister... awesome to keep your motivation and willpower high through the process)

- The way of the superior man: A Spiritual Guide to Mastering the Challenges of Women, Work, and Sexual Desire (by David Deida... an awesome book.)

So I guess this is the most important literature I know and what helped me the most.

But you have to know: If you're looking for natural game literature it's mostly gonna be tips like changing your lifestyle, improving your self esteem, being one with your desires and the expression of yourself. Being in the moment and enjoy this one moment. It's going a way of self improvement, while overcoming your fears and anxieties which finally leads to more success with women in general. It also helps you to find the girls you really like (especially daygame) and scanning for the ones that make you happy. It's finding your life purpose and living your life as you love it, following your own rules. It's going for what you want and not letting yourself be hindered by anything or anyone (Most importantly don't depend on your PUA mates! It's always and ONLY gonna be YOUR journey).

And so finally: Don't expect anything like: You have to say this, touch her there, text her this or some other specific advice! Natural game is finding your own way of gaming and not using techniques! Techniques are a nice pointer to what you would say naturally once you improved your life, your personality and your mood.
Don't get me wrong. Techniques are useful to some point and there are some rules you find you can follow ,which work pretty fine, but never take it as an exclusive rule! Judge for yourself if this technique or rule suits you! Many teachers try to teach you what they know what works for THEM. Find what works for you!

Some of my thoughts about natural game. Good luck and lot of willpower and strength along the way!
Cheers

Post subject:  Re: New to Natural Game, where do I start?

I started with canned stuff but found it disingenuous and creepy. As for a "starting point with natural game" its hard to define such a thing.

I did however discover the natural within me, just had to break down the AA and shyness I suffered from. Get out there enough and you may find its within you and just needed unlocking.

Think about what you have that makes you attractive, that you already have regardless of learning pick up. Because we all have something about ourselves. I knew I was funny and quick-witted, but I was too damn shy to let it shine on other people I didn't already know, and now I have a direct, playfully sexual and funny vibe that is very natural and congruent and attracts women.
