I usually get the opposite. Even when they have boyfriends or husbands, women tell me they don't have one. I guess you'll have to tweak some aspects of your personality and physical attributes to reverse this negative trend that you have.

So I've noticed recently alot of the girls I've talked to, some I've been trying to game and others just making conversation at work and other places randomly mention their boyfriends/ stuff about their boyfriends out of the blue. I usually just sidestep and try to refocus the conversation on something else. What is the best way to respond? An example I chatted with a girl I see often at a university gym the other day ( she introduced herself) , we were talking about our majors/ types of workouts whatever, I hadn't tried to get her number or mentioned anything about trying to go out with her, like 3 mins into the conversation shes like " blah blah, yea my boyfriend used to workout but got injured or something. and goes on for a minute about his job and his truck etc. this has happened a bunch of times. what's the deal with this? |

sometimes they really have a boyfriend, sometimes they use it as a shit test, etc. when i hear the boyfriend line i simply use this line a friend of mine told me "hey slow down, we just met I don't want to hear about your problems" (referring to the boyfriend as a problem) lol, usually gets a laugh and eases the tension. in any case if someone mentions a boyfriend, I back off, whether it's a shit test or not I'm not willing to go through that risk and break someone up, especially if it's someone I don't even know, doesn't even deserve that much effort. |

Why would you mention that you have a girlfriend and she drives a car and owns some stuff or whatever? For me personally it would be to draw the line or to cope with some security issues whether its true or not. Easy way to get her guard down is to say that you have a girlfriend. You'll have to spend more time with her to find out if she really has a boyfriend and how much she's in love if she does. |

Girls don't tell me they have boyfriends, and I can't figure it out either. Girls with boyfriends who are looking to leave or sleep around prefer single men. |

Get a grip you egotistical stupid assholes. They don't fancy you and use the 'boyfriend' excuse. It's as simple as that. I can't believe how many of you ponce around picking out the girls you fancy and when they don't fancy you back you act like immature jackasses. She's lying, she doesn't have a boyfriend, she's bullshitting me. Just take the hint. They are actually letting you down gently instead of saying to your face they don't fancy you one bit. I'm sure there's girls you wouldn't fancy in a million years. It works both ways you morons. |

I personally move on. Girls bring up their BF for a reason, because they are not interested in dating you. Yes, you can turn them, yes sometimes they lie, etc. etc. but why go through all the trouble? Just game someone else. If a girl wants you, she will not bring up a bf even if she does have it. Like I posted another time here, it's a myth that the BF line is a shit test.. it is usually an IOD. The reason Pick up tells you to keep gaming is (1) you don't have that much to lose (other than wasting time), and (2) guys wanting a girl with a boyfriend is REALLY common and a great selling point for seduction products and coaching (I will show you how to get a girl away from her boyfriend blah blah blah). |
