I always stop wednesdays and go out saturdays, seems to work well enough for me. Friends don't believe me when I say Wednesdays is the key day and when they do it they end up with a girl yet when they don't they fail.... it's interesting not sure if it's placeabo or if it's truly the testasterone, in either case I stop Wednesdays.
