Because if not this has got to be one of the worst openers in a professional environment to a person at her job (that isn't stripping) I have ever heard, not to mention, it is borderline sexual harrassment.

It's terrible absolute horseshit game, there's no doubt. But, if a guy does it enough times, he's going to come across a woman who's entertained by his courage and boldness. It may not lead to a lay, but a female will eventually be entertained by it.

One thing I don't like about direct stuff like this is that it demonstrates no intelligence or patience on a man's part. When you are looking for nothing more then basically a yes or no answer before you stay or walk, you don't have to have much game.

I would consider it about as direct as can be. He's not going to prison. It's not a crime to ask a woman to sleep with you as your first line at least not in the United States.

What I would be more concerned with for ethical is if this will be within earshot of kids.
