Post subject:  So confused?

Alright as the title says I'm very confused about a particular situation I find myself in.
Well to start off I'm 18, and still a senior in high school. I was talking to my friend about a song I made to ask a girl to prom, since girls like that cute sweet stuff. Three girls over hear our conversation. Two of them suggested that I take them to prom, then argue with each other over who I should take. The other one, said she has a sister, and I asked what she look like and how old is she. She says her sisters a freshman in college and insisted that her sister is fine, and then shows me a picture. So I said I need to talk to her, but she objects by saying once again that her sister is fine. So I say"You know your sister better than me, so do what you think is best."
Well if you knew me, you'd know I took that conversation with a grain of salt and actually forgot about it.
Well the next week, while I'm conversating with a girl, the girl with the sister, stops and says my sister wants to talk to me and gives me her number.
So later on about 5:00 p.m I text her and she says, she's at work she'll text me when she gets off.
So around 10 she text me and ask me my plans after I graduate, and I tell her I'm going to Louisiana over the summer and hope to play tennis in college. With me being a black young man in the south, me playing tennis surprised her. She ask me if im good, I say yes, but I could always get better and she doesn't respond back.
So the next day I texted her, still no response. I didn't make a big deal out of it, I really didn't care.
But I guess she cared, because her sister told me that she said to let me know her phone got cut off and that she wasn't ignoring me. And also asked when prom was so she could take off work. And that latter part really confused me, because we only had a 16 message conversation, and not once did we bring up prom.
So the next week comes and she sends me a text apologizing for not texting me over the course of the week and that she's been busy with midterms and work, and that she wasn't ignoring me. And that confused me because I never texted her during that time span.
This past friday comes around and her sister comes out of nowhere and tells me that her big sister is not doing anything that day I guess as a little hint.
So I text her and again, the conversation was short, but she was surprised again, when she found out I rapped, and said that it was different, and I have talent. So i responded by saying thanks and ask her if she has any talents of her own, and yet again I get no response.

So this past sunday I sent her a good morning text, and we had another short conversation, and ended with me agreeing with her that there is not really much to do in our mid-sized town, but its up to us to make things fun.

So out of this whole ordeal I get a sense that she is interested in me, but I'm not sure for how much longer and how to keep her responding to my text.
But I'm also not quite sure about anything. I'm not 100% sure that she is interested in me, its just a gut feeling, and if she is I want to keep her interested.
Can you all help me out and give me some pointers?

Couple tips for you....

1. Don't EVER!! ever, ever, ever ever! *in my Smokey voice* text a girl "good morning" or "good night" EVER!

2. Start being more proud of yourself. You rap dude?! That's cool as fuck! I've been trying to learn how to freestyle myself! Be proud of that shit man! Don't be afraid to drop a few bars when she is around... If she likes you... no matter how wack the shit comes out, she will like it!

3. Start being more playful- You're a rapper and you are talking to her like you are interviewing her for a position at Goldman Sachs. Have some fun with the girl! Women love a guy that they can have fun and be themselves around. They don't want someone who is going to be all up in their shit and almost interrogating her. (i.e. when you asked her "do you have any talents of your own?" you could have said something like "yeah! and I'm looking for someone to do drop some beats. can you beat box? :P" there's no reason to take things so seriously. Treat her like she is a 4th grader... if that makes more sense lol)

Hope this helps you out man.
