I've noticed this with more and more when talking to girls.
They usually stretch showing off their booty and some skin.
And it seems like they know what they are doing too.

Should I take this as sign of attraction?

I would consider this an IOI. If she shows you a few more signs of interest before or after the stretching then I would definitely say it is. Plus, who randomly stretches? Seems like she's into you.

How is that a IOI? I mean if shes exaggerating her stretch, that's one thing. But if you have to question it, I'm incline to say its nothing. I wouldn't take it as attraction rather they are just teasing. To quickly solve this, make contact and see what happens.

TO be an IOI it doesn't have to be a freaking billboard vegas style bro.... Most girls drop there IOI's in a subtle manner unless it's club game. Anything as simple as making eye contact for a second or two or even brushing her hair back. Not everything has to be exaggerated

If you mean stretching and arching the back (like exaggerating the breasts), I've seen this. Noticed it a lot from chicks, even ones with bf's. Never been sure whether it's an IOI, but these days me being more confident, I think most likely is.

Yea, exactly actually.

They turn to the side and give me a profile view. Then they arch their back supported by their hands (which usually lift up their shirt reveling the their lower back and up BOOTY). Their ass sticks out and breast perked up...

For the record most of this is at my workplace.. which is a gym. So I've noticed this with a lot of women, some more exaggerated then others, and a few VERY exaggerated.

Yes stretching in front of you can be a sign of attraction.

Think of it this way any time a woman emphasize her sexuality she is saying I am female look at me.

A woman aroused (when we are attracted we show signs of arousal such as spike in hear beat, nervous, etc.) will stretch sometimes. So when we get all attracted and aroused we may stretch as a normal reaction because our attraction, we all react differently when we are attracted but stretching can certainly be a positive reaction. I'd say that it is an IOI, basically she's at ease around you she's telegraphing "I don't find you a threat to me" so I'd advance the interaction further, start/advance your Kino if she’s comfortable.

The other thing is she is doing is putting emphasis on her 'assets' as it was mentioned before she's telegraphing "look at me - I've got what you want" she's probably using her own push/pull techniques on you.

I know you say its in your workplace at a gym but I'd treat it just like day game but calibrate to your surroundings.

I'd say its a green light situation and I'd show her the interest/approval she's expecting of you, but not so much to the point where you're drooling over her or treating her like an object - Use the energy/arousal it gives you to advance the interaction but remember to keep your composure and remain in control over the interaction (don't hand her over all the power).
