So lately Im starting to take controll of some of these negative emotions ive been developing from the environment im in. And these emotions been taking over me and its hurting me worst than anything and my social life in a way... So last week I have bought this book called emotional intellence and social intellegence by daniel coleman so far ive read 10 chapters since last week and ive been seeing some change in me and my emotions.. all i know its all about handling your emotions right before it starts to develope like fear, anxiety, and all kinds of crazy other shit. I Havent read social intellegence yet. But it seems great. I recommend you guys to buy it. Its very helpful and it gets good advices to improve your innerself to have a better reality! Tip: If your stuck in your own head about some bull or whatever it is thats preventing you from reality thats making you delusional feeling alienated from reality I suggest you to start FOCUSING STRONGLY into the PRESENT I mean FOCUS!
