... be playful when you say it.

Girls usually try imitate my accent, so if you have an accent and they trying to copy you, then use this as a neg

Depends situationally really where you are in your interaction with the girl, if you are getting anywhere with her or by herself then id probably say: neither id rather be here with you And then kiss her. ^Good example of what I mean - that probably wouldnt work if you were just starting to talk to her with her friends haha! People should put this stuff into context and look at the big picture instead of one dissociated hurdle, since advice on it is contextual as fuck!

I think she'd respect any answer as long as you come off confident in what you believe in. Personally though, I would never love someone who wouldn't love me back. What a waste of time.
