I think I can consider myself midgame with this hb although I have not seen her in about a year time. I used to hang out with a group of girls, one of which became my girlfriend. I moved away with her and we just recently broke up after 1.5 year together. I accept it as we didn't really jive together on deeper issues, and altough i don't want to be back with her I'm having a hard time getting over her. Especially seeing her with other guys. I am now going back to my hometown and will be seeing her friend, this super cute hb. I want to use this situation to get my ex a little jealous as well as see how things go with this girl. Do you guys think that telling this hb that I want to use her to get my ex jealous is a good idea? If she is cool with it I can make it a game that we could escalate when we go out. The down side is she might take it as a sign of low value that I want to manipulate my ex in some way. Maybe you have been in a similar situation? |

yea man dont tell her your trying to make your ex jealous. Just feel the situation out for a bit. But playing the jealousy card is a tough one because you never can be sure of how it will turn out. To be honest you need to forget about your ex or its goin to mess up your game. |

Forget about making your ex jealous, focus on the friend. Don't even bring up your ex while you're out with the friend. You said it yourself that youve realized you and your ex weren't meant to be, so why bother trying to get a rise out of her? No offense, but trying to make her jealous just because youve seen her out with other guys sounds petty and you will be wasting your time. You have a perfect opportunity to develop something with a new chick. I wouldn't screw up your chances by having hidden intentions towards your ex. Good luck.
