You don't need to say anything - she's just saying it because she wants to indicate to you that what you're doing is good. It's the same as saying "yes, yes, yes". And also talking dirty to someone else can be really cringey - you may use the word "dick" which may make her cringe as she could be a girl who responds to "cock" or she may hate some of your buzz words. Try asking her questions instead: "Do you like that?" "do you want it: deeper / slower / harder / faster / more fingers" etc. That way she can tell you easily if there's anything else she'd like you to do as she may be too shy to ask.
