Post subject:  terrible job ruining things
well when i get talking to women things are going well until they bring up the "what do you do for a living?2 comes up, because well im a car park attendent (not out of choice but out of neccisty as there aren't many jobs where i live and it's only temporary until i find something i'm passionate about) when i tell them (well im honest) they excuse themselves. so how do i frame it better?

How old are you? If your above 25 tell her your the CEO of the car park establisment if your under 25 tell her you own a website hosting company. Make up high revenue jobs if you want to impress them but I do advise you to stick with 1 or 2 of them so you can read up on the subject. It can happen she will ask you about your job and you would look like an idiot if you tell her your a CEO and you don't know how to explain the context of your job.

Tell them your willy wonka's evil nephew n u sell poisonous gum drops. Tell them you are a road sign redistributor, you steal road signs and sell them to your friends. You can make up outrageous shit and they will just laugh n u can transition out if you are embarrassed. Another thing I think is probably happening, is that you feel shitty about your job so u project that. They ask n u r like "oo I park cars :-(". Then they feel like its a shitty job, because you aren't pumped on it. If a girl is into you, she will attempt to match your state, but if your state shifts to embarrassed, she will shift accordingly. The key isn't what you do, its how you present it. You could be like. I work for so-n-so and get to drive around 100k cars, its actually cool as fuck n she will be like oo that sounds fun! Its all in how u present it my friend, and guess what...THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU JOB, AND NOTHING WRONG WITH DOING WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO DO TO SURVIVE.

What career goals do you have?

Place your long term career goal first and say that in the meanwhile you are working as car park attendant because you can study at work.

Currently I work for the food and the bed at my family's business. If I just say I work at the family's company (and also living in one of the most expensive neighbourhoods) they get unreal high expectations. It gets real hard to explain later why I can't afford to go out for dinner, go pick her up in my own car, take her to my own place, etc.

So I am starting to reframe it to "I am working at my family's business with a minimum salary just for the opportunity to learn more and next year start my very own business, because I have the ambition of being the only person responsible for my own life".

It is a powerful statement, because it implies that you will risk everything for your dream and have no fear of failure. This reframing is very recent, and haven't closed any girl since, but so far it shows a more positive attitude from the girls.

You may have a lousy job at the moment, but you are not a loser because you have some huge balls.

So, instead of worrying about what girls think, start by writing down your long term career goals and a plan (next month, next year, next five years, next ten years) to reach that goal. Follow it, revise it frequently, and convey the attitude that you give a shit about what she thinks of your dreams.

Tatu has it completely right! I am currently unemployed but I have returned back to university to get my teaching certification. Every time a girl asks "what do you do?" I say I am going back to school to get my teaching certification.

After that is said I have noticed women respond to me as if i was ALREADY a teacher and they seem satisfied by my long term goals.

I'm usually like to stick with the never give them a straight answer scenario. For instance:
You:I'm a professional dolphin shaver
Her: there's no such thing
You: Yet, have you seen a hairy dolphin?
Then you could bullshit how your job is dangerous and not every one is like flipper. Hella scary in the water out there

Ok, so you're a scrub. No worries most of us are for some part of our lives. I agree with humor as a way to dissarm. My favorite fake job is "jizz mopper". It's totally unbelieveable and it gives you the most dissarming in to escalating sexual conversations. Without going into a dissertation on how to properly work the jizz moper angle, just remember that what you do isn't NEARLY as important as your attitude about it.

So you park cars. "It's the godddamn most amazing job on earth! I love cars and I get to test drive different ones all damn day! Shit, its amazing, whenever someone hands me the keys to their B-machine I'm all over that shit. Hell, sometimes I can even sneak way and take them for a spin around the block.... AT 150 MPH!! Booyaaaaaa!!!!" (if she isn't laughing by now, she's either a corpse, zombie, or complete waste of time).

Then tell her your DREAM is to own a car dealership so you can drive whatever car you want. "Imageine having a new car every week!! Monday is Benz day, Tuesday is Lex day, Wednesday is Rover day...." and so on. This will get her imagining what it's like to be with a guy who can give her any car she wants all the time, and that someone could be YOU.

Remember, it's all about how you frame it, and always frame it AWESOME and FUN.
