So I've met this HB and we have went out a few times. Things have been good but not great. THe reson I say this is because I have experienced the inability to control conversations with her. I have found myself talking about fashion, cars, TV's all kinds of crazy shit she has brought up. Stuff that is "NO FUN". No I have been able to neg a bit and do some push pulls and was afraid of LJBF because of the lack of escalation and needed to take over frame again so I did some light freeze out after a stratigically IOI text I had sent. I didn't get an initial responce but then I got a few texts. (that I didn't reply to) and she came to visit me a grab a bite to eat at a trendy bar/launge I tend at. While she was visiting me I tried to incorporate my fellow bartender into entertaining her. I also mingled with all the customers (first timers) who had already known my name from there first experience and where "raving" about me and their experience. I even did some FTC by leaving the bar area to pretend I had shit to do. I only do this because I have found I am not able to get the conversation in the direction I desire. Once she leaves I debrief the situation with my fellow bartender. He supports my initial thought by confirming "She's Fing HOT! I found myself at a loss of words when talking with her" I say "I know, that my challange" later he tells me that when I was bouncing around iteracting with customers she was gazzing at me in awe. (I was happy to hear this) but it doesn't change the fact that when we are in one on one situations I get totally dominated and have a loss of words. Now let me say "THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO ME". Most people where I work are amazed at the stuff I can talk about with people I have just met. I have gotten more numbers from, cougars, MILFS, HB's than I can remember. I have also had conversations about anul sex, doing body shots, etc. and trust me this is a martini lounge where this type of conversation would not be known as common. My question is How do I completly take over the conversations so I don't have to talk about this boring crap? I have tried with a few different openers that are usually fun followed by a neg but I have found she get very defensive if I come at her and then take the "frame" back and I get gun shy on bringing up any other controvertial topics or emotionally based ones. If you have any ideas I would be open to listening. |
