I think most people have this feeling, they just repress it conciously, or even worse, subconciously, which makes it very hard to notice. So what I'm trying to say that starting the escalation is not depending on the social hook point. It depends on the situation, your state, the girl's mood, and this is something you should improve on the field, not online because it's a very practical part of the game not theoritical at all. You shouldn't think about things like this on the field. "Do I have enough rapport to start escalation?, Or should I wait till the hook point? mmm what to do, what to do" This will only get you poofs for being inside your head. Just do it. You'll feel when it was good and when it wasn't: the ambience becomes more comfy/awkward or you get some kino back/a nice bitchslap. Either way you'll notice
