For example, at this party last night, I went into the kitchen to grab another drink and saw two guys talking with two girls and from what I listened to they were able to playfully tease them from basicly anything they said. And the chicks were loving it, they were laughing, touching their arms, giving them the "kiss me now" looks. From what I gather they took them home.
Does anyone have any pointers on this subject? It's something I'm pretty weak on. I mean it's basicly like negging I think, but just doing it from the conversation flow, and how the girls act/what they say.

Well women generally aren't too logical so sometimes you can just keep questioning them (qualify) and then wait for an obvious inconsistency. Even math chicks will show an obvious hole in what they think about something.
When they say something inconsistent question it, and they will usually back pedal, or give you a bewildered look. Then correct them... usually this is best if its the topic is emotional or belief based. Don't laugh at them for screwing up factual stuff.
When you correct them do so lightly... smile. Act charmed by it.
"Lol dork you mean this."
Make heavy eye contact when you do so.
It comes with practice, but it's not too hard.
Careful though if you overdo it they will get a little jumpy.
