I was with 3 friends in a busy bar - sitting at the bar - observing a hot but serious looking barmaid. After asking her how long she'd worked as a barmaid, I managed an instant neg when she asked me how long I thought and replied "15 minutes?". I followed up with a logic puzzle / proposition bar bet - which she lost and forfeited a drink to me. Being a busy bar she obviously had stuff to do and I was only able to 'game' her sporadically but she was definitely intrigued and interested.. Again, the situation meant that there was no real close and with her colleagues and manager around we couldnt get close. The interaction we did have was good and eventually left - not wanting to be the guy who hangs around the bar till closing time. I felt Id made my mark and there'll be another time... Now, Im no expert and quite new to this game and what happened may have been a fluke / crap / totally wrong or something else negative. However, if I am right that it went ok, my question now is what next. Whatever happens, it means I have to go back to that bar, sit at the bar and hope that this chick has time for a little interaction... Again, the risk of seeming like a stalker seems high. But what are my moves now??? Somehow mid-game isnt gonna work in this situation? I dont even bother opening with barmaids usually because it never seems worth it. What are my options guys? |

Have to ask this. I know people in the hospitality industry have to be friendly by default so they don't alienate the customers, but how high was her bitch sheild? Barmaids get hit on all the time. |

Going to a bar regularly doesn't make you a stalker, as long as not all your attention is focussed on her the whole time. Try to speak her again a few times the next two or three times you are there and she's working, then try to set up a 'date'. (Don't mention the word 'date', just ask her if she would like to get a drink with you someday next week so you can buy her one that she doesn't have to make herself.) |

I myselve work behind a bar. I work together with barmaids. Since everyone is scared to ask for the reason of rejection + they think a barmaid is impossible target. No-one really hits on them. Keep in the back of your mind that a barmaid knows she can get anything she wants from almost every guy out there. Useally only good looking guys have a shot. Good luck. Riqueza. |

Forgive me if Im wrong, but isnt PUA all (or partly) about looks NOT being the be all and end all? At least that how its sold... Anyway, being modest, Im no supermodel but also dont think thats an issue with me either. Yes, also agree that these people are usually nice to everyone but this wasnt the case here. Yes she would smile at most people while handing them their drinks but not once was she even pleasant to anyone othertimes. Apparently she wasnt even cool with one of the guys I was with while I was in the bathroom.. Haha... Hes the guy I call a "spoiler", definitely not wing material.This chicks bitch barrier was basically up high but my approach did the trick. Certainly nothing she'd heard or seen before. Its just the sitting round at the bar that I have to do next time makes me think she'll label me as someone to be wary of. Trying to come up with a mini routine for next time and any help would be appreciated... Also, dont most hot barmaids have boyfriends? Is that a consideration here? |

It's partly about the looks. The goal for PUA is to get the maximum out of yourself in clothing, hair, make-up and such. It's easier to PUA looking good. However the core of PUA is to be a balanced person.Quote: Haha... Hes the guy I call a "spoiler", definitely not wing material.

Yes, some of them have a boyfriend, some of them don't have a boyfriend, some of them break up with their boyfriend and want crazy hot sex right after their breakup. Anyway it's always good to have a barmaid in your friendzone.Riqueza. |
