There's this one thing I've been wondering for a while; So, okay, there are a lot of good techniques to engaging a group, and attract your target, but there's always the inevitable point where you might find that you're just stacking routines. So my question is: What is the best way to isolate a target from a group? It's quite obvious that a wingman could be of use here, but I'm talking about when you're going into a set solo. |

This is a good question and I'm interested as to what others have to say. However limited my AFC knowledge is, I've always thought that at the point you're ready to isolate, it doesn't really matter what you say, as they should be ready for the isolation as well. If you're in a bar, I'd say an innocent "come with me to get a drink" or whatever should suffice. Or, if you're trying to pull, make up any excuse to get out of there. Maybe suggest a venue change? If if you're trying to get her back to your place, "come look at my ___ collection." I always say something like "you've got to see my vintage poster collection!" Sure, they're just a couple of cheap posters I got at the college poster fair, but hopefully she doesn't REALLY care about the posters. You and she both know that it's code for "let's go fuck." However, girls have a stigma that prevents you from actually saying that, so "let's watch a movie" or "come see blahblahblah" should work. Make sure to talk your place (or wherever you're going) up a little. Talk about how AMAZING it is to convince her to come (but don't overdo it). If she calls you out on it once you get there (which she probably won't), just laugh and shrug it off. |

Well yeah, that would be useful once the girl is already isolated and separated from the set. Although, I'm referring more to the situation where you want to get her away from the set, separating her from it to get some alone time. A venue change could be a good idea, however how would you pull that off without having to take the whole set into consideration?

"Come with me to get a drink" or whatever. I already explained this. It doesn't matter what you say. If she's giving you IOI's, she'll come. If you're asking how to get her to completely ditch her group and go to the other side of the bar with you for the rest of the night, that probably won't happen. Your best bet is to just retain her attention until you're ready to actually pull, or her friends leave, or whatever. When you pull her away temporarily to get a drink/check out this or that/whatever, just ask her if she'd be willing to come with you somewhere and leave her friends. You aren't obligated to take them with you, and if she's DTF, she won't give too much worry about what her friends are doing, she'll just tell them she's leaving. Don't know what else you want me to say, hopefully that clarifies somewhat. |

Hii. method #1: this is one for when you really want a girl but she is not giving you allot but some IOI's. as you begin to tell her a story you stop in the middle of your first line and say to her: wow I'm sorry I wanted to tell you something but I just need to dance to this song, you want to join me? simple but when you get a no this isn't even a real rejection, you can still just talk to her. method #2: If your getting your IOI's, go for it ! Say to her that you would really like to get to know her but that it's hard to understand eachother so you want to take her to a more quiet place. now, you don't really need to get allot of IOI's for this, I just said so becous this might not be easy if you are just starting out, else, you can do this one al the time, I know I do. Now, she might not want to leave her friends. This is what you tell her: Ow you tought we where going without your friends, I'm not that easy (you just turn it around, this is always good, not only in this routine) so you go outside with the groop, you might not have isolated her but who cares, you just walked out with a groop full op HB's your social valeu just got raised by 100 points ! have fun. First, friend all of them if possible, be funny, not needy, but let them know your there as a man not a mouse. Take control if needed. Once good rapport is build (in your opinion) I've done this" Hey ladies/guys, I'm just taking "insert name" for a drink, and grin, we'll be back in 5" Worked a lot, you take control, have shown confidence, and some cheek. |
