So the situation goes like this:

1 - im going for a school china trip
2 - dads colleagues hot daughter is bored in her 5 months exchange programme there
3 - she gave me her no. and wants to take me out at night to a bar
4 - I hate drinking but i know she digs my accent

Any bloody ideas on how to land her? Like maybe just kissing i dont need to go all the way?
Really appreciate if anyone can share their knowledge im like a total noob! I need a break thru! the girls in my class are fugly as hell!

Boyfriends are not relevant. You are only blown out if she has blown you out. Which she has certainly not. So if this doesn't hurt your reputation or whatever, just give it a shot and try to close her anyway. You got nothing too lose.

And btw, don't be unsure about your age. It's perfectly possible to game a girl who's 2 years older just don't let her know too fast that you're younger than her.

Boyfriends do matter for two reasons:

1) It may be wrong to pick her up. YES. It's a matter of how serious and how open the relationship is. Don't go breaking up future marriages, it's just wrong. And don't try to fool yourselves. Put yourselves in their position, and you'll think much differently. BUT if he's a dick or their relationship is doomed anyway, it may be OK. It's hard to know.

2) They make picking her up harder. But it's in no way impossible.
