I would suggest texting her since she's expecting a phone call. That way, she will be caught off guard and won't see you as predictable, at least to a degree. Then give her the," I totally just saw your twin walking down the street." Text her as if you have known each other for a long time. Tease her about whatever she replies with. If she says something like, "No way!!", you could say, "Ya, she even had the same querky walk as you. Weird right?
