So I am currently in a foreign country, and English is spoken, but not widely. I thought a fun game when meeting a semi-decent english speaker, is to "test" them, or play a game, like I will say a letter, they say a word, etc. Then they test me, and maybe first person to mess up loses, and I would get something in return (kiss, number, drink), or if I lose, I have to do something. Thoughts on getting this smoother? Will put more thought in this, but its late :p Anywhere I can read about openers/bantering/etc specific to areas where there is a lack of English? Or other cute childish games? |

get them to teach you swear words in their language. As Neil Strauss said, anything that was funny in primary school, is funny now. I like it but think it may be a bit too long of a game and could come to an end due to boredom. Prove me wrong however, please do go out and practice it, that's the only way that you will improve it/realise it's potential. Not on here! I'd be willing to help you further on this if you want to make the most of your time abroad. |
