My first post, be gentle
Looking for a little advice on the mid game.
So I had a date setup with someone that I "thought" was an HB9. Turns out she was more of an HB7. Cute none the less. Anyway I met her on POF and had a really awesome flirt routine going. I number closed on her the same day I contacted her (yay).
She asks me to come see her that night. Suck part is, shes 65 miles away. Eh... what the hell. Be spontaneous I thought. (my first mistake)
We agree to meet at this cowboy night club. (my second mistake). The place is huge and just not my scene. I spend the next 10 min trying to find this broad. I'm sure shes teasing me. Finally I txt her that ill be on the couches and to come sit next to me. She does and we enter into some light convo.
Here's where it goes bad:
1. Shes extremely drunk (shes a quiet and likely a mean drunk. not fun and flirty)
2. Shes with two male friends that seem awfully protective of her
3. The music is so loud I cant in any way have a convo with her. I try some kino on her and she seems receptive.
I did ask if we could find a quiet spot to converse, but she said she liked where she was. She excuses herself to get a drink. 10 min go by and im feeling like a chump on a couch (SHIT test?). At this point I get up to leave and I find her sitting at a table with her two friends. WTF. Again the music is so loud I cant talk to her or really any of them.
I leave and txt her outside.
Me: If you want to have a real convo, I'll be outside for the next 5 min. If not, I'm going to hang with some friends.
Her (an hour later): Sorry honey
Me: There's no need to be. I still had a fun time with my friends.
Her (like at 4am): I had way too much to drink
--- Here's where I turn it around ---
Me (10am): It was the first thing I noticed. Glad you made it home
Her: Happy to have made such a great first impression
Me: Are you normally that rockstar?
Her: Not normally
Me: Too bad. I like rockstar -her name- but I wanted to meet cute and fun -her name- first.
Her: Lol... I'm sorry. I am actually kind of embarrassed (gotcha bitch!)
Me: How do you plan on getting a little redemption?
Her: Hmmm good question. I'm kind of paying for it now.
Me: Lotsa water. You know the routine
Me: I'll be in town for -fun activity- on wed/fri if you want to claim your mulligan over dinner.
Her: Wed sound good.
And now I have a second date.
Any advice for the second date since we never really had a first one?
