I have this terrible problem (after my approach anxiety), I can open fine, but I always freeze up and not know what to say. Any advice for me? |

calm down talk slow and be aware of your surroundings, their are so many things that people don't realize that u can talk about... even better yet there might be something around you can talk about... such as if your in a bar maybe somebody dancing funny... or maybe at the mall, talking about a certain store... most important thing is that your calm then it will all come... |
