Does anyone know any good kino ideas/routines for the fitness center/gym? I know it's a good place as a comfort building location to kino escalate but I can't think of anything at the moment. |

My experience is that women are pretty self-conscious in the gym. Here's a suggestion - Look for an opportunity to help a girl with posture on a machine (even if her posture is perfect, give her some suggestions anyway). |

I was hoping to only be doing the fitness area part like exercising, running, stuff like that. Just spending time there with her like couples would. Anyone else have suggestions? |

Bumping this up because I need some more ideas. I pretty much have most of my routines down, like teaching her a sport, I just need some ideas for "warm-up". Nothing super intimate, just something simple like holding legs for sit ups. |
