Post subject:  Talking about past relationships

Hey guys, this has come up with a few girls now and then, particularly when I try to take the conversation down the sexual route. I don't like to ask a girl how many guys she's been with or whatever, I don't see the point, so I'm not looking for responses to that classic 'how many girls have you slept with?' etc etc.
What I want to know is when you take it down a sexual route, talking about what a girl looks for in a guy etc, what do you do if she talks about past relationships, f-buddies she's had etc?
Part of me gets curious as to what she say's about past relationships as it helps me get to know what she likes/ doesn't like, but obviously I don't want to talk about past guys as I'm the most important guy in the conversation and that's what she should talk about with her girlfriends. I also don't want her to talk about some really good relationship she had as this will just make her think of that guy and not me.
To sum up what I want to know: When you turn the conversation onto what a girl likes in a man/ sexually, what is the best way to react if she talks about past relationships, and if they were good or bad? For example if a girl said to me 'I met this really nice guy in January', what's a good response?
Cheers

Lol I quite like that although the majority of times the situation arises is after I've built enough comfort to turn it sexual. It's quite adaptable though.
What I should have added to the question was how to get the conversation off of past relationships and back onto a more sexual level in a smooth way

First of all don't react to anything, just be relaxed and don't even worry about her past experiences, because more then likely you will also be a past experience (don;t worry, she probably already realizes that). Relationships are a girl centric topic, they are going to come up because woman thrive on it. The last question is a hook point and it could be genuine. What she's doing is giving you clues as to what kind of guys she has been with in the past, that will help you calibrate to what she wants right now. Routines like "Do you remember the last time you were in love? What did that feel like? etc," speed seduction stuff, is good because she starts re-experiencing those feelings and at some level will associate you with those feelings. It's the bad feelings you do not want to re-create "wow that's great what happened??" Is the wrong thing to follow up with. Lastly never focus on bad experiences, always switch to something positive instead because you want her to associate good feelings with you, not the opposite.
