I've been having a really hard time the past few days...this HB7 I really liked lied to me about dating this dude. Now it should be mentioned that this girl is only 15 (I'm only 18 and my rule is 3 year or less difference). We'd been hanging out since like mid august and the other day she started dating her ex again. But yesterday I hungout with her and asked her if she was, and she repetitively told me she wasn't back with him. He found out I kissed her and send me a "Stay the fuck away from my girl" text. He told me she admitted to him that she only told me she wasn't dating anybody becuase she didn't wanna hurt my feelings. I thought this girl was pretty into me...we'd cuddled, madeout quite a few times, flirting even hinting at us dating. But she's one of those types of girls where you never know if she's just being nice cuz its like a she doesn't wanna hurt your feelings type thing. But its eating me up inside about why she told me yesterday she wasn't dating anyone. Could it have really been just to avoid hurting my feelings becuase she knew I liked her? |

Girls act on emotions and justify their reasons later. In the moment, she would have be into it, she would have feelings for you, etc. but post that-moment it's possible that she identifies or attributes those feelings to her just 'being nice.' Always assume man, if you think she's into you, then she is. Don't let her having a boyfriend get to you, if he offered her all that he pretends he can, then why did they break up? Why was she with you if he's so great? And him messaging you saying that just demonstrates how jealous and protective he gets of her, which can be a major negative in relationships, especially at her age. You say really 'liked,' you still like her, don't you? And you're just trying to stop because your trying to protect yourself, correct? Who gives a fuck, you like her, she likes you, she may have feelings for her boyfriend (or ex, whatever), but she also has feelings for you. If you keep being a fun, flirty guy with her, then at the end of the day it's not going to matter about him, in the moment it's only you two, isn't it? |
