so what i would say for you my man, is to relax, dont think about the k-close and what i mean by that is, obviously you know that you have built up a rapport where she is comfortable to dance and chat so the next step is to kiss. Bring anything up and keep on your toes, still maintain who you are funny charasmatic, charming, what every our personal traits are but just relax about the k - close, bring up how the guy on the far side near the wall has a strange dress sense, what would he tuck he underpants into his jeans? im sure that will get a laugh which will settle you down. To initiate the kiss, maybe try just gazing at her and use mysterys k - close and ask if she wants to kiss you.
