Pretty much Exhumed said. You've basically just produced negative value. You need to bring it back to neutral again before you can proceed with regular game. Essentially the only real way to do this is ignoring her for a while. This reverses the neediness you displayed & shows her you don't value her anymore. Theoretically you could go straight back in and display this as well through indifference & charisma, but even for a pro it'd be pretty difficult to pull off. You'd have to generate massive amounts of value extremely fast, as simply opening again so soon would lower your value & reinforce the original neediness. I'd personally just cut it & move on.
