Well guys, I've done well, blond 8, kiss closed and all, but a little while later I received these text messages which has led me to believe that I can still f close this one. Here they are:

HB: Ya im really sorry but id so date u but I have a boyfriend I really shouldnt of kissed u

Me: Hmm well what he doesn't know cant hurt, but yeah if i were him i wouldnt like it either

HB: yeah exactly lol

Me: But if you break up you know who to call ;)

HB: Yeah for sure lol

Me: Ill hold you to it xD

Me: So whos your boy?

HB: Actually pretty bas hes 23 lol, he lives in hepburn an i see him like evertday, but the age difference sucks ( I think she read hows, not whos)

Well what do you think, can I still f close her? were both 16 btw

You bought into her frame when you said "If I was your boyfriend I'd be pretty mad too" This is only going to increase the guilt she has from kissing you. Also, you asked "who's" your boyfriend. What difference does that make? Why do you want this girl to talk about her boyfriend? You put yourself in a hole, but I think you got some good information out of that conversation that is helpful.

First off, a 16 year old dating a 23 year old is illegal in most states. You might want to look up the laws in your state on that. Could factor that into your next conversation somehow, but only as a sub topic.

It sounds like that, although she has a bit of buyers remorse, she still has something for you. Next time you call her, see her, or whatever, and you make plans, and she plays the "I have a boyfriend" card, you could respond in a few ways, depending on your personal style.

(Confident)
Her: I have a boyfriend.
Marlow: That's not what I asked you. (Then transition into whatever it is you want
to talk about)

-or-

(Cocky)
Her: My boyfriend blah blah blah
Marlow: Great! He can make us breakfast in bed!

-or-

(Ball busting)
Her: My boyfriend blah blah blah
Marlow: What, you thought I was flirting with you? I'm flattered, but we're just hanging out, slow down all right?

Awesome, Thanks Marlow, btw I'm canadian so since she's 16, it's completely legal.
