The key to getting over this problem is realizing the problem is in your head and habits. Your a man it's okay to touch what you want, there is a method to it though. She's a woman she has a spot on her, you have something that fits in that spot. It doesn't get more natural than that.
I was not use to gesturing and remained pretty still mostly when talking to people. However, as I started gesturing more with my hands it became easier to kino escalate.
Touch early in the interactions and touch often, and touch everyone in the set. Become a touchy person. Hell you can kino on the opener and probably should. The only exception to this is during day game where this won't be as excepted.
