Post subject:  How to lead conversation without overinvesting?

I have always something to say, but when I say it, it seems try hard, because a girl know I just need to hold a conversation going. I am doing good with just little talking but I can't lead sets as well as if I'm talking a lot... So... How should I do it that I lead conversation but I'm not investing too much?

My ideas so far (I'm still thinking about this): ask questions more; break rapport when girls are not responding well or asking me back; be more relevant to a girl, so it has value for her; be more direct with my intentions

Your thoughts?

If you're talking a lot you're doing it wrong.

She should be the one talking. People love talking about themselves. So invite her to talk.

You should be glad that you have a lot to say rather than nothing to say.

I felt just like you a couple of years ago, I had so much to say and my brain went on 9999rpm with different types of voices in my head, wanting to utter it all at the same time. But I had to stop myself because this was problematic.

MY solution? It's actually two major things, one is that you should be a good listener, trying to focus on what's being said from the other part so that you can answer in a short and precise manner without feeling the need of rethinking what she just said. 2nd is when someone asks you something don't elaborate you answers too much, don't go too far and be caught up with the same stuff. Maybe by doing this you can start leading conversations in a way where you answer people's questions while jumping from topic to topic like a natural orator.

These are my thoughts, don't know if it was the answers you were looking for though.
(Sorry for the english!)

So when replying should you lead with open or closed/ direct or indirect questions or intact lead with statements to invite whoever you are talking to feel as if they are creating conversation?
