| Post subject: | Mother daughter Pickups |
So been going around a lot of Sarges. What I noticed in mall was mother daughter pickups. Anyone have any advice to handle these situations. i ussually invite her to the conversation to convey confidence. But not sure what the ettiquette is for these situations. I'm just learning how ot handle to sets and three sets. Should I avoid? Should you number close ? Should you focus more on the mother? Looking for some help on this one. |

Hm...I have never done one, but what I would do is just get the number at the least. That way later you can text her.. |

I've done this. Etiquette is easy. Just be a gentleman. Charm them both equally. Focus on the mother and holding a conversation with her, while keeping daughter conversation very flirty. You'd be surprised how much a mother will sell you to her daughter. |

The mother is (obviously) aware of what's going on - even if the subject thread is about pizza - and she will often eagerly do or say whatever she thinks she can in a socially aware way to 'match make' u w/ the daughter. |

I want to elaborate a little more since I do have experience with this. What Ocean said is true, the mother is obviously aware of what's happening, and if she likes you she will try to matchmake. When I'm talking to a mother/daughter, I like to start off obviously very energetic and talkative, but when I get down to a conversation, I noticed I always keep the conversation with the mother as very mature, intelligible, and a genuine "boring" conversation, real communication hitting on all 8 cylinders. With the daughter I'll do the same but I'll make it more light and flirty. If she makes me laugh, I'll laugh and raise my eye brows and make eye contact with the mother, conveying to her how I'm impressed with her daughter. For the number close, ask the daughter for her number right there in front of the mother using whichever number close method you use. My go to is to pull up my phone app, and just hand my phone to the girl and say "I'd like to get your number I think we should talk more" or "I'd like to get your number I think we're both really cute". If you impress the mother, guaranteed she will be talking you up to the daughter after you leave. |
