Alright boys it's as simple as this. After you've opened up conversation and you've developed a bit of rapport try this out. Create a "secret handshake" with HB or teach her how you and your friends shake hands. Luckily for me, I'm from a community where cool handshakes are prevalent. An easy one is to slap hands and grab each others thumbs. Slide and snap. It's simple and looks cool as shit. Now whenever you bump into HB during your night you can throw down your handshake.
