Just ask yourself one question... is it worth the implications? Moral, social, risks, etc?

That is true.

Also, she keeps approaching me now at my desk, always wanting to talk to me. I'll make my flirting very subtle to see how she reacts. I don't have any experience with married women.

Hmmm, I don't think flirting is working. When I say something flirtatious she always responds with "omg! haha! your crazy!"

Oh well, I tried.

Time to find a new target, hopefully one that isn't married, or is married but not in a happy relationship. I figure most MILF's that are happily married with kids are a near impossible lay.

I don't think your texting game is great. You showed no intention and your got a number on a premise of education. She did not permit you to call if you get bored, lonely, or horny. You are not on that basis. She is also married.
