It's a new coworker of mine that I've been talking to at work. IOI's, kinos from me and her, etc. I've worked with her quite a few times and a conversation about NYE popped up. She says she may not know what she's doing for the night, so I ended up telling her that she can come to my friend's house party if she's around the area (which she is). I get her number at the end of the shift, and as she was typing it she was visibly shaking and she even commented on the fact "I got the shakes." Just before the party, I text her and she says she'd love to stop by if it's cool. I tell her the time and the address. About 11:30pm she's still not around, I text her and she says her best friend came down and they're spending time together. We wish each other happy new years, and I jokingly followed up by saying she has to make up for missing the party. She replies saying she does owe me. It ends there... I don't know when she works next and I want to use the end of the conversation as a way to see her outside of work. Should I text or call? This all depends if I see her at work tomorrow. If I do, I'd just ask her out at work. Thanks for your time! |

You are going to see her anyhow... Wait for that. Don't start txting or calling her for nothing. Game her when you meet. |

You should of followed the rules and post an introduction. Since I had such exp tho i'm willing to help ya out. Saying she owes u made u a bit needy. My advice 4 u is not texting/calling her. Keep building attraction and defo reply in a playful way if she text/calls u. |

Ok, cool. Btw, I just posted an introduction just now. Thanks for the advice.Btw, thing is the next time I see her may be next week. I don't know. She rarely gets scheduled. But we'll see... |

He was joking about her owing him. I dont think what he said was needy at all. Teasing her for flaking is exactly how I would have done it too. If you're going to see her in a week, then wait until that moment to talk to her. She flaked when she said she'd come, so she should be reduced a few notches on your Most Wanted list. |
