Was talking to a girl today that I chatted with some time ago who sort of knocked me back at the time, I slightly jokingly said to her I wasnt trying to chat you up and added you might not even be my type I may prefer blondes (she is a redhead dyed) to which she said I know you dont prefer blondes (I did tell her that when we were speaking some weeks ago) question is was she qualifying herself? as she could have just kept quiet about knowing my preferences.
