Ok so...... I'm your typical AFC who has barely dated..... I have good looks and my friends like my personality. But when it comes to girls I struggle. I am not sure I can adequately give an example of me ever having a girlfriend (although I was pusing people away in the past due to the "emo" phase). Now that's this is out of the way I have to confess that I did something really stupid. When I was 15 I totally had a crush on one of the girls in my class. For 2 years I never even once allowed myself to talk to her. Recently she contacted me on russian facebook. She was surprised when I told her she was my crush, and after chatting for a while........ I did the most AFC thing ever. I invited her to stay with me and my family in London. I know I have potential to be interesting and fun.... But I can be very raw. I have already told her several times about me having feelings for her, which scared her a bit, but not enough to cancel the trip. (Well I'm paying cos Ukrainian currency is a joke) So far I understand that my strong points are: 1. I'm from London 2. We knew each other in the past (not very well though. She remembers me as "secretive") 3. Good looks ( I think I'm an 8 or at least a very good 7) 4. Social skills. Even though I'm shy around girls - I used to work as a fitness instructor and personal trainer and used to approach and talk to dozens of people on a daily basis. I went out to bars and night clubs with friends and even was in the center of attention several times. [Its easy for me to talk to a girl if I don't feel I'm under pressure to interest her] Weak points: 1. Can be really shy, nervous, overthink things. 2. Close to 0 dating experience with girls. 3. (this is not really my weak point but) she is going to be in london with me for 9 days. I haven't really even had a relationship (other than friendship) with a girl that lasted that long. What I want with this girl: 1. I want for her to enjoy her stay and leave wanting more. 2. I want for her to like me as a guy and not as a friend even if just a little bit. 2a. May be get a proper kiss. Any advice for this crazy AFC will be appreciated! THANKS (please post links to topics that you think I may need to read... Just remember I wouldn't be able to practise much because my social circle is currently quite limited) |

You are good looking and you social skills?AND YOU ARE SHY? Man i am this ugly looking motherfucker who is made fun of for not being able to pick social cues,yet i still get IOI`s like crazy.You need to pick them balls and start getting on. To do for you: - Do some NLP/Hypnosis techniques for self-confidence(look for "affirmations") - Realize that you are the man every woman needs,who looks good and has social skills too. - Try learning few routines and tell them to your HB friends in your social circle.And after realizing how easy it is to attract girls (it`s just DHV stories blurted with a few negs) try to figure how to kick your own ass. |
