alright i was at a bar the other night when i saw an old flame at the bar with her date but i was with my guy friends and didnt feel like goin over and talkin to her so she left me a message on facebook the next day it goes like this. as for the whole paper thing its an inside joke because she gave me her my number by throwing a piece of paper at me with her name and digits on it.

HB: Definitely saw you last night!!!
Me: yea i know haha i saw you too! i was so tempted to throw a piece of paper at you but i didnt want to interupt your little date lol :)
HB: hahaha i was staring at you but i figured u didnt recognize me cuz i didnt see u look at me
ME: then i hid it pretty good ;) lol tell your date i said hes super cute by the way
HB: haha ill let him no :)


ok so what should i say after that and feel free to critisize me and tell me how i should have played it thanks

Why is it too late? Even if you haven't contacted her for a week, just pick up the same thread and ask her out.

Well, the whole I saw you but didn't say Hello, just sounds.. wrong. If you did that, then you should stick to that frame. A little, "Were you? I'm sorry I was so distracted by (some thing that happened or some girl you were looking at), to notice you. Don't hold it against me. :wink:"

But, No, sir. You had to go and submit to her and if that wasn't enough you found her date "super cute"? What the hell was that? Are you gay? You never compliment your ex's dates. It just is, how will you understand better, "Beta Male" behaviour.
