Okkk I'll try keep this short and sweet.. Been with my gf just over one month..but we have been seeing each other for probably about 3 or 4.. We used to be so perfect she'd always text me we had fun and we got along so well..lately ive gone completely afc with her..telling her all these stupid afc things..she's realized this basicly starting to shit on me because she knows I'm wrapped around her little finger..don't get me wrong I know she had strong feelings towards me but I just want things to go back to how they were when she used to chase me also..i was thinkong about breaking up and see what her reaction is..but i hate playing games and i would like to know a vetter option to ensure results..were suppost to be going to a party tonight..so I was just going to see how things went..any advice would be sick..thanks

Be honest. Tell her that you have to leave her if she doesn't stop what she's doing.
Tell her that you two can't work out if things stay the way they are.

Aside from being true, that should raise your value a bit.
After that, if she keeps it up, freeze her out.
If she starts being someone you want to interact with, interact with her. (Or)
After a few days of her acting the same, tell her it's over.
Chances are if she doesn't change, she's going to do some stuff during those days that would make you want to dump her.

OK so a update,,, tonight she burst out in tears for no reason and went for a hour an a half walk.. called her a few times and she rejected my calls.. when she got back i said ok what the fuck is going on, she told me she still liked her ex.. i basicly told her ok were done and walked out.. she sent me 3 messages tonigth saying please don't do anything stupid and please don't drive home( i was drunk) i did anyway. she told me she still cared about me???? i didn't reply do 1 message and deleted her number, facebook, all photos and anything else that reminded me of her.. life sucks SPAM

You got it. Hard as it is, you gotta do what you said and delete all memory/contact. As Ive said in other posts, you gotta rise above your emotions and be the strong male that you are inside. We all have emotions as men... but the AFCs who get fucked over constantly (like me up until recently, and Im 33!) are the weaklings who are guided by and slaves to their emotions whereas the players, the 'winners' have the strength to rise above them. She has inadvertantly disrespected you and shit-tested you without realising it. Your response now is complete eradication of her record, that is the only way a strong man would respond. She may well spot this and come back. If not, well you couldnt have done any better. Good luck bro.

Let's call it parking garage logic.

Ever had a women in the evening walking in front of you in a parking garage... The women feels uncomfortable and starts to walk faster... what if you walk faster? she will start to walk faster too because she feels haunted. if you start to walk slower she will walk slower... well in this description she gets into her car and drive off and will not come back but that's because you don't know the women [yet] :D

To be honest: The more you go after her, the more she goes away. Like two negative magnets. So turn around and make yourself positive and it will attract her.

You have done exactly the right thing. Her behaviour is unacceptable, confessing feelings towards an ex (or anybody else for that matter) is a deal breaker. You don't need that in your life. There are plenty of girls out there who won't behave like that. Better to look for one than try rekindle this one.

Well done on not replying to her messages. Cutting all contact is also an excellent move.

You may have become AFC in the relationship but you have handled this like a man. Note down everything that you did wrong, and learn for your mistakes. You will do well. :)
